We connect travelers with listed safari operators and guides ("Suppliers") but do not represent, act as agent for, or have any other form of business relationship with those Suppliers beyond making the introduction. If you choose to accept a quote or proceed with a booking through a Supplier introduced by Safari Booking Direct, you will be entering into a direct contract with that Supplier. Safari Booking Direct is not a party to that contract and accepts no liability arising from it.

4. No Travel Agency Relationship

Nothing on this Site constitutes a travel agency relationship, fiduciary duty, or contractual obligation between Safari Booking Direct and any user. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, pricing, quality, or safety of any third-party safari operator or service. Any agreements you enter into with safari operators are solely between you and that operator.
